http://www.aboutmyip.com/AboutMyXApp/DeltaCopySupport.jsp has a typo,
"Think of DeltaCopy as a vehical that runs rsync"

http://www.aboutmyip.com/AboutMyXApp/DisplayFAQ.do?fid=13
claims that "DeltaCopy uses rsync and cygwin in the background", which is not true.
