Deltacopy not sending e-mail notifications for failed/completed tasks

I an running deltacopy on windows server 2003 R2 standard (32 bit)

I receive test e-mails, however i don't receive any email notifications for completed scheduled tasks.

This is running under the domain administrator account with no other users logged in.

Any ideas?

I have the same exact problem sends test emails fine but no notifications! Can anyone help trouble shoot this. should email alerts be in the command that gets issued when you run a task?
