Hack to use DeltaCopy with linux rsync server

I found it impossible to use the DeltaCopy client (on a Windows vista PC) to rsync to a linux server.

However, I did write up a "hack", of sorts, that uses the raw rsync tool included with DeltaCopy, to do rsync backups to a linux server. This is particularly important/useful, because Cygwin does not "play well" with Vista (or is it vice versa)?
